If you make a partial payment which is returned to you, payment processing expenses charged to you will not be refunded. If your account is in collection, we strongly recommend that you contact the association's attorneys to obtain your current balance before making your payment. Only full payment of all amounts due will cause the association's attorneys to cease collection efforts, unless the association or its agents or attorneys agree in writing to do so in exchange for receiving partial payment.
