Advanced Property Specialists, Inc. in cooperation with your association is pleased to announce the Direct Debit Payment Program.

This program utilizes electronic funds transfer to provide you with a timely, convenient and accurate process to pay your association assessments.

Some of the advantages of the Direct Debit Program are:

·         Eliminates writing and mailing a monthly check

·         Eliminates any chance of incurring late fees

·        Eliminates the concern if your payment arrived on time by mail

By becoming part of the Direct Debit program, your assessment will be debited from your checking or savings account on time every time.

If you are interested in enrolling, please click on the printable form below “A New Way to Pay” and return it to Advanced Property Specialists, Inc. at 17720 S. Oak Park Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477. Please remember to initial and sign where needed and attach a voided check. To avoid NSF and Late fee please be sure to carry a sufficient balance in your account of choice.
